OLIGVRCH Supportive Services

A home in Bakersfield where adults with developmental disabilities live their own way.

OLIGVRCH Supportive Services is a new care provider founded by Ashley Nicole Ward and Keneitreyana Brown. Our first home, an Adult Residential Facility, is planned for 2027. Supported Living Services and transportation will follow.

Where we are now

We are preparing our license application with the California Department of Social Services. We are not yet licensed and are not yet accepting placements. Join our interest list and we'll tell you as soon as that changes.

What we're building, in order

We're starting with one home and growing one service at a time, so each part is done well before the next begins.

  1. Planned for 2027

    Adult Residential Facility

A small, licensed home in Bakersfield with trained staff on site around the clock.

  2. Next

    Supported Living Services

Support for adults who live in their own homes or apartments: daily routines, budgeting, health appointments and getting around town.

  3. After that

    Transportation

Rides to work, day programs, appointments and community life, with trained drivers.

Each service needs its own approval from Kern Regional Center before we can offer it.

How we'll support each person

The people we serve are adults. Our job is to support the life they choose, safely.

Their routine, their choice
People decide when they wake up, what they eat, who visits and how they spend their day.
A room that is theirs
Privacy, their own belongings and respect for their space.
Part of Bakersfield
Work, classes, faith communities, family visits, parks and local events.
Care from trained people
Every staff member trained in first aid, CPR and each person's own plan, with the home led by a state-certified Administrator.

These commitments follow California's person-centered planning and the federal Home and Community-Based Services settings rule.

For families and service coordinators

Placements in licensed homes are arranged through Kern Regional Center as part of each person's Individual Program Plan.

If you're a family member, ask your service coordinator about residential options. If you're a service coordinator, join our list and we'll share our program design and openings as soon as we're licensed.
